WhatsApp is very popular for chats and a great way to manage your business online. Did you know that WhatsApp also offers options for group chat and group video chats? With group chats, you can share messages and videos as well as images with up to 256 people at once.
WhatsApp uses your phone’s internet connect not your cell plan’s voice minutes. No need to worry about expensive calling charges.
You get fast simple secure messaging and conference calls all for free all over the world. There is also a WhatsApp Business App. It has tools to automate sort and respond to messages.
You can also sync your WhatsApp to your desktop so you chat on whatever device is convenient to you.
WhatsApp also has end to end encryption. The security of your communication is safe. Not even WhatsApp has access to these communications.
Zoom
Zoom one of my favorite options for meetings. I find Zoom stable. It has very clear audio and allows you to share files etc for meetings. It promotes conferencing services. These combine video conferencing, online meetings, chat and mobile collaboration from 100.
Skype for Business
Very popular platform designed for businesses to connect globally and anytime. Teams have access to video conferencing calling documents collaboration in one app. You can broadcast messages online to bigger audiences. Present your screen to others or give control to someone else. Start meetings with IM voice or video calls. Check when teams are available. Your clients can attend even if they don’t have Skype for business.
YouTube Live Stream
This is an easy way to reach your audience in real-time and manage your business online. You may be hosting a Qand A session, providing a workshop or teaching a class. You can host webinars or do a Vlog all in real-time. There are various options via webcam or desktop and mobile as well as encoder streaming. This depends on your requirements.
