This is the password manager I use and I really love it. Once I launch the tool and choose the appropriate site, it automatically logs me in with the password. With Lastpass you can generate strong passwords too. The tool also allows you to check how safe your password is against hackers.
There is a free option but I suggest you upgrade to Premium as the upgrade allows you to access all your sites across various devices and provides much more features.

Like Lastpass, Keepass is an open source tool which allows you to access all your passwords using one master password. The databases are encrypted using the best most secure encryption algorithms.

It supports Password sharing that is simple and secure.
